Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Le Gala, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Because much of our inventory consists of limited and one-of-one pieces, items may sell out quickly and are not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

We work to verify the authenticity of every item we sell. Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify.

Orders & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or stock issues. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines and return eligibility are provided at checkout and on your order confirmation. Certain items may be final sale; this will be noted before purchase.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit, provided the item is returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse any item returned in damaged or deteriorated condition.

Intellectual Property

The Le Gala name, logo, and store content are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission. Brand names and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Le Gala is provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the store.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
